Sonnet Creation
Sonnets: Pure Poetry

After briefly touching on the history of the English Sonnet, the class will learn about Iambic Pentameter through movement, Rhyming Verse, and other Poetic Devices. By the end of the performance the class will have created their very own English Sonnet!

Everyone in this class becomes a performer! Utilizing simple and straightforward improvisational methods, a Shakespearean play will be created out of thin air replete with Heroes, Villains, Kings, Knights, Aged Crones, Con-men, and more!
